Personal

The
Faculty adheres
to strict professional
standards. They develop
expertise through
workshops, spiritual
reflection days, curriculum
meetings, professional
reading, continuing
educational coursework,
and administrative
guidance. They address
students'
|
| strengths
and needs through
whole group, flexible
group and individual
instruction. Teachers
are committed to the
mission of the school,
acting professionally
and ethically in the
best interests of
the students. |
|
Curriculum
Development is a
collegial process, involving
both administration and
faculty. Our philosophy
clearly states that our
curriculum is continually
evolving to meet the needs
of the student body while
reflecting the nature of
the school community. When
determining the efficacy
of new methodologies and
technologies for its students,
the faculty and administration
engage in meaningful dialogue.
